I tried everything from apps, journals, and spreadsheets. They were either too complicated, too time-consuming, or easy to ignore.  I needed something simple. Something I'd actually use.

Something that fit the rhythm of the game I love.

So I created SelfPar.

I BUILT SELFPAR TO FIT MY GAME

A simple scorecard. 6 habits. 18 days.
Inspired by golf, designed for real life. It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress—one round at a time—one shot at a time..

SelfPar habit tracker cards and handwritten journal used for building better habits.

MOST HABIT TRACKERS DIDN'T STICK

They asked for too much.
Too many taps, too many fields, too many missed reminders.
I wanted something fun that I could use in 30 seconds or less.

PLAY THE COURSE, NOT THE SCORE

Great rounds don’t happen by accident. They come from planning ahead, staying focused, and playing one shot at a time. Building better habits works the same way. Focus on today’s decisions, and the results will follow.

HOW IT ALL STARTED

One round changed how I thought about building better habits.

THIS IS PERSONAL

Building better habits is like repairing a divot. Growth starts with a few small blades of grass, but with consistency, they become something lasting. SelfPar helps me stay focused on what matters and reminds me that progress is built one small win at a time.

I hope it does the same for you.
